Refund policy

Our products are entirely digital, therefore we don't offer refunds for purchased items. 

If you experience problems with your order we can offer full refund or send you a correct version of the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you received the wrong digital item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges in order to avoid fraudulent acts against our website. If required, we will gladly provide more specific information about a product so that you can consider the purchase of it. Pleas contact us at contact@cadnature.com.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve inspected the situation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
